1. Rental Period & Scheduling
Each standard dumpster rental includes up to 7 calendar days on site starting from the date of delivery. Additional rental days are available upon advance request at our standard daily extension rate. Early pickups may be requested at any time by calling (239) 499-5917.
2. Driveway Placement & Property Access
The customer warrants that the delivery location is accessible and free of overhead obstructions (such as electrical wires or low tree limbs) and parked vehicles. While Big Haul utilizes heavy wood blocking under steel rollers to safeguard driveways, the customer agrees to grant reasonable right-of-way for heavy commercial haul vehicles.
3. Weight Limits & Level Loading
Each dumpster size includes a generous specified tonnage disposal limit. Debris exceeding the included tonnage is billed at standard municipal transfer station scale rates. Containers must be loaded level with the top sidewalls. State highway transport laws prohibit our drivers from hauling over-filled or dangerously mounded containers.
4. Prohibited Hazardous Materials
Customers agree not to place hazardous chemicals, wet paint, motor oil, toxic solvents, propane cylinders, asbestos, or unapproved bio-waste into the dumpster. Any disposal fines or re-sorting surcharges assessed by Florida transfer stations due to prohibited materials are the responsibility of the renter.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty by providing at least 24 hours of advance notice before the scheduled delivery date.
